One In, One Out

Whenever you bring something new into your home—whether it’s a fresh jacket, a new set of utensils, or even a new piece of furniture—use it as a gentle reminder to reassess what you already have.

Take a quick look around your space and ask yourself: Is there something here that I no longer use, need, or love? Maybe it’s a sweater that’s been sitting in the back of your closet, a kitchen tool you forgot you even had, or a chair that’s more in the way than actually useful.

If it’s still in good condition, pass it on—donate it to someone who can use it and give it a second life. This habit helps keep your home balanced and clutter-free, while also creating space for the things that truly serve you now. Plus, it’s a simple way to be more mindful and generous at the same time.
